[0.12.32] Blueprint tiles overlapping/not working correctly

Still seems borked to me. Version 0.12.32, new Blueprint, still the distinct darker green of stacked tiles.

At times like this, it is good to have no boss to yell at me. I'm sorry ill since wednsday and, and I thought I could just fix a simple problem. I did mistakes instead.
Anyway, it is fixed for 0.12.33, but we will test it next week first.
