[0.10.0] Misplaced underground belts from blueprints.

I made a blueprint of most of my factory then told construction bots to disassemble it and place it again a few squares over.

When placing them the construction bots messed up the order of all underground belts whose direction was north to south, the southern section facing the opposite direction to how it should be.

can confirm this happened to me as well. It was a large blueprint, and occurred when the blueprint was placed rotated 180 degrees. north-south belts pointed the wrong direction.

Just like to add to this by saying that I didn't rotate my factory design, just moved it to the side a bit, but I may have rotated the blueprint itself before placing it down at the normal rotation.

I've seen weirdness from construction robots placing underground belts, too (mostly in 98). Both from blueprints and shift-click construction.
As well as incorrect rotation, I've seen them place two on top of each other.
