[0.15.X] Pushing seed number beyond limit generates error

Ran into this 'value outside of range' error message by accident when i inputted to many numbers into the map seed box for the pvp scenario.

steps to reproduce:
1. start a pvp scenario
2. add another number after the pre-filled seed number
3. error pops up and returns you to the main menu
