i got a really bad fps/ups drop when placing landmines... on multiplayer game...
i think maybe because they are grid locked but still....
i even got disconnect from the game... and record it, u can show below...
This may be off topic, but your blueprint does not seem to be on a perfect grid. I can tell because it interferes with itself when rotated. If you were looking to have a landmine on a grid, I have this blueprint for you. It is perfectly aligned, even if rotated or pasted and copied.
I'm curious if you get this lag if you build from mapview. Also curious how closely related your issue is to the issue I ran into a couple years ago. I have some "huge" blueprints (3x3 chunks) that were a complete nightmare to place. My fps plummets followed by ups doing the same shortly thereafter and if I'm on a server I get kicked like you did. The new feature to place from mapview has made placing those exact same blueprints a piece of cake unless I zoom-to-world at which point that crazy lag is back.

I looked into it and I can see why it's being slow but we haven't decided on what solution we want to go with yet.
well... no problem... all the good stuffs takes time to be well done... ty for reply..
Ok, it's improved somewhat for the next release... about as best we can do short of just having the latency state (client multiplayer prediction logic) just not run when you start placing large amounts of entities with blueprints.
