Hi. I know C changes weapon from cannon to bullets. But in remote view how do I change from normal cannons to uranium cannons? If I was driving it, I would drag and drop new ammo type. Can this be done? I wanted to save my good uranium cannons only for the big problems! Thanks

Hmmm so I found one way but it's not perfect. So I click for bots to remove normal cannons first and they take them away. I then ghost click uranium cannons into the spot. I have 100 uranium cannons in my tank inventory and 0 in any other storage. They won't take from tank inventory that's right there!!! I have to remove uranium cannons from tank inventory, and they take them to storage, then they turn around and bring them back to the tank empty cannon spot!!!

I also have run into this issue. In addition, if I run out of one type of ammo it doesn't automatically load the next available ammo type. This is slightly strange behavior as it will load additional stacks of the loaded ammo without issue once the first stack runs out. Hopefully we'll have a way to manipulate this from remote view, or if someone has an insight that I may be missing.

If you know how to fill a steel chest with different items from remote view (without inserters), then you know the answer how to fill different tank ammo too. You'll need to be in range of your base logistics area.
Or you should have roboports near your defensive walls if you have enemies. Although i don't normally give them logistics bots, few wouldn't hurt.
