Rocket launching without satellite, despite checkbox

As the title says, rockets are launching without a satellite. This is a new game started about a week ago, 0.15.34. Did something change or is my memory failing me in thinking there's no other requirement than the checkbox to prevent the rocket from launching?

Hi all,
So am I the only one having this issue? I'm not sure what information to provide to help out, but in case any of this is significant, here's what I got.
Updated to the latest (0.15.35), steam version. I have the following mods installed/active:

Angel's Addons - Warehouses
Bob's Functions Library mod
Bob's Greenhouse
Charcoal Burner
Clock
Crafting speed research
Factorissimo
Flow Control
Larger Inventory
Loader Redux
LTN
Long Reach
Long Reach Fix
Manual Inventory Sorting
Old Blueprint String
Research Queue
Reverse Factory
Robot Charging Station 1x1
Satellite Radar
Squeak Through
Upgrade Builder and Planner
YARM

All the mods are as up to date as available (based on "Check for updates")

So watching closely, here's what I see.. once the requirement for rocket parts have been reached (100%) the rocket comes out of the silo. The inserter grabs a satellite from the chest and the arm moves over the silo, but it never actually puts the satellite in it:

You can use cheatmode in a dedicated map

Code: Select all

/c game.player.cheat_mode = true
, run the code twice to take effect.

I would uncheck the auto launch check box and see if something is being placed in the slot, it launches with cargo, not necessarily a satellite.

I tried that as well, and when I uncheck the box, the rocket doesn't launch. Nothing gets thrown in as cargo (I thought maybe one of the rocket component was being shoved in there somehow..) I'll be trying the vanilla option tomorrow.. it's getting a little late for that tonight...

Running creative mode ?
With a not-too-far away "void box" (don't know the real name of it, the chest that destroys items in storages) ?

Well, I believe I figured it out. I was using the loaders from loader redux to feed the silo. I think it probably was faster at putting some random part in the cargo area than an inserter. Once I replaced all the loaders with inserters, the problem disappeared.
