Alarm on low power?

Does anybody know of a way to set an alarm on low or no power? I can use speakers to alarm on low resources, including low coal or steam, but haven't found a way to alarm on either a power brown out, or a section of the base becoming completely disconnected from power.

Especially, I'd like an alarm when I turn on a new set of machines, and my power needs are not enough.

You can read the accumulator charge

To be a little more explicit : plug an accumulator anywhere within your power network.
- If you don't usually rely on accumulators for your power production, the second your accumulator goes below 100% charge, you can fire the alarm
- If you use solar+accus, then you can set up an alarm when any accumulator within your network goes below ... say 20% (which is no brownout, but gives you a little comfort delay before the blackout).
