I'm not at home at the moment but that one looks strange, maybe some conflicting dependency. But can't say for sure, as it is it should load with bobores, plates and angelsrefining.

It looks like that there are multiple resource spawn per region activated, that's maybe the cause.

This is activated based on amount of ores. Not sure if it'sworth it to tray and disable same resource that was already generated.
Also crude oil has itself as multi spawn chance - that one I think I'll remove.

Will this also trigger if multi spawn chance is disabled?

The vanilla version is more of a byproduct of mod, so it isnt 100% thought through and balanced for vanilla gameplay also I havent really played a real vanilla game in quite a while. But none the less I have thought about that and one I idea that could be fun would be to contact the author of hardcrafting and do a kind of mash-up of both mods.

I tried to swap different mods and I came to this conclusion :

1. If I move Uranium Power everything works fine (so all mods from my picture work together just fine without uranium)
2. When I try to load Factorio with your mods + uranium + bob ores and library, I get the assignID error

Seems like I can't load your mods with bob ores / library + uranium.
Am I alone with this problem?

I use UP with bob's and angel's (and a ton of other mods), but don't have this problem. I noticed that you are running 0.62 of uranium power when the latest version is 0.63. Maybe upgrading it will fix the conflict? The changelog for UP says that there was an issue fixed on game load between 0.62 and 0.63.

The crushed rock to mineral slurry recipe is not unlockable in vanilla, also the slag to titanium and silver recipe is unlockable and simply creates crushed rock

Thanks for the report, will fix it for the next version, the crushed stone to mineral slurry recipe I did simply forget to add, the slag to titanium is a naming error I think.
