Mod Portal - Link to Changelog from Recently Updated

TL;DR

Provide a link directly to the Changelog page for the mod, directly on the "Recently Updated" tab in the Mod Portal.

Why ?

I browse the Recently Updated tab in the Mod Portal often, and find that I'm always having to go into each mod page to view the changelog.
This seems silly when the Mod Portal provides a link to the source (if that field is populated in the mod), but when looking at recently updated, you are required to open the mod page and navigate there.
