Made the changes will check it out. I prefer this mod to the other ones I have seen. :)

I have not had a change to really get into it yet, but right off I notice on the Tech window, the Bonuses received for completing each tech shows nothing. (in .15 it did "Character Reach Distance Bonus: +x")

From everything I have seen, this mod will RUN, but does not work in 0.16.

I can do the researches, but the bonuses do not appear and my reach has not changed.

Hopefully someone can figure out what has gone wrong. I really prefer this implementation over others I have seen.
