[MOD 1.1] Snap Mines

Are you sick and tired of trying to decorate your lovely turret-covered walls with a compliment of mines for extra defense, only to drive yourself insane trying to get them to all line up correctly? Well no more!
Snap Mines is a super simple mod that simply iterates all the landmine types during startup and strips the placeable-off-grid flag, forcing them to snap to the build grid like everything else. Works with modded landmines as well, such as those added by Rampant Arsenal.
