desyncs started happening after 50+ hours into a multiplayer save, sometimes happen when joining but usually happen after being connected for a few minutes or on auto saves.

Desync is near mining drones. Since you have Mining Drones 0.2.1 which is outdated (there were some desync fixes in mining drones but they are for 0.18) i am not considering this to be worth further investigation.

Disabling the Mining Drones Mod stopped the desync, thank you for the quick reply.
