[1.0.0] Desync /w mods

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

Hello.
I got around to playing Factorio again, so I joined this server with my friends. Worked fine until this morning. Nobody was online, I joined, I played for a bit. ~half an hour later, a desync happened (nobody was on). Here is the desync report https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OroLXy ... sp=sharing. When I tried re-connecting, it still throws me desyncs, so I can't connect in any way as of now (maybe will fix itself when someone joins, will post update if so). https://drive.google.com/file/d/12ErbUs ... sp=sharing Here are the mods (got them from the log):

Wasn't able to post to on the Desync with mods forum, so I posted here if its ok.

EDIT: seems to be fixed with a new version of ModuleInserter (5.1.13 -> 5.1.14)
