After switching from 1.15.5 to 1.16.0 Request and Delivery Broke.
For example Stations requsting over there threadshold until the storage is filled up.
And for other stations i get the error no train available while the trains sitting in the depot and waiting.

Can't replicate.

Deliveries trigger perfectly when going under request threshold.

Maybe it's about an conflict with all the mods i use. Is there a way to get Version 1.15.5 back?

Threshold handling was not touched by 1.6.0, I see no way it would break in the way you describe.
Check your circuitry.

Downgrade is not supported.
Though nothing is stopping you from downloading an old version from github and load an older safe with it.
