I didn't said it's required dependency, it's optional, but it's there.
I'm writing custom script loader and this mod fails because pyhightech is loaded, but because there's no dependency, my code tries to load pypetroleumhandling before pyhightech (sadly, I can't completely copy factorio mod loading sorting algorithm). I have to manually add optional dependency to bypass this, but I think you'd better to fix it on your side, because the only reason why pypetroleumhandling with pyhightech is not failing loading in Factorio is because Factorio tries to load mods in alphabetical order (after ordering by dependency) and if that order for some reason would change, your mod would fail.

There is no alternate resource output for the derrick even though I have Bob's and Angel's mods active as well. :?

There is a hotkey to change it if nothing is broken, I think by default it was shift+g but you can check under the hotkey settings under pyph. Playing ABPy is fairly likely to break stuff though.

Hi,
since the last update I cannot get gasses from tholins anymore. The atmospheric extractor only produces proto tholins which I can put in proto-tholins vessels. But FNEI doesn't show me any way to get filled tholins vessels from which I could get the tholins.

well there was a update and that sorta broke tholens , king is atm implementing a new system
so :
1 for the time being remove tholens from your base
OR
2 revert update (if you rely on them a lot) and wait for their rework to be done

new system is already in and is just getting adjusted. IT IS NOT BROKEN.

to use it you need to launch the satillite in the rocket silo to get tholins back like you would do with space science

Now tholins don't look very profitable for me. Those recipes in which I used them became dozens of times more expensive.

We have two identical pumpjacks, one from HT, second from PH. My suggestion is when PH mod detected, it should autodisable HT pumpjack, because new one has tiers, so it more useful.
What do you think?

speed isthe difference 2vs 2.5 but yes they are nearly identical tho 1 has 2 output ports

Somebody knows what happen whit new hot air? I can produce it, and tube it, but it can't enter buildings for make récipes...

It looks like the recipes were deprecated in the latest round of updates. I got a big list of recipes that were removed when I loaded up my save and all the advanced foundries I had setup to use those recipes were blank. Maybe it was an accident they were all removed but also maybe it's meant to force people to move to the next level of smelting earlier?

For me the natural gas recipe selector (SHIFT + g) is not working any more. Did the change to 1.8.0 changed the way to choose natural gas?

how that was not i thing i expected , but the hot air is part of a rework

shift-g was modified to be a global change so you wouldnt have to set each machine 1 at a time. i made a choice to remove the ability to do the individual machines but its been pointed out to me that was dumb and im re adding the ability to work along side the global setting. itll be back in a day or so
