More entity power-related readable properties.

Currently entity.power_production and entity.power_usage only work on accumulators. Would be nice to have his expanded to work on all entities that use/produce power, especially solar panels and steam engines.

That's not going to happen. Those 2 properties require special logic in the entity that would have to be added to every single entity that used power + saved and loaded. That would increase the CPU usage of every single entity as well as the save size - which means it will never happen.

What about just power production on the steam engines?
