[2.0.11] Fulgora ruins damage tank

When ramming Fulgora ruins with a tank, the tank suffers damage. I don't know if this is intended, but if it isn't it works differently to rocks in Nauvis.

Thanks for the report however that was decided to be Not a bug. Fulgora ruins are full of steel so they should damage tanks.
