Set Recipe on biochamber doesnt work for all recipes in scenario editor

Can't set iron bacteria cultivation, can set others i.e. fruit mashing. See the attachment, video and save file (gotta teleport to gleba surface first)

Thanks for the report however i am going to move this to Not a bug. If you open /editor and inside of `settings` you disable "Ignore surface conditions" checkbox (so that editor will no longer be able to set arbitrary recipe ignoring surface conditions) you will notice that this recipe is rejected becasue of surface conditions. "Set recipe" always obeys surface conditions and so it is unable to set the recipe.
When i tested this manually (using `/cheat gleba` console command to get on gleba quickly) i build this and it works just fine:

It looks like your custom gleba surface has surface properties not set correctly.

aha, I see. Thanks for clarification
I created Gleba surface from editor mode by selecting new surface -> use settings -> Gleba
