Error Message on Launch

When I launch the game a window pops up saying "Factorio requires Service pack 1 on Windows 7. Current OS: Windows 7" I don't get why this is popping up because as it says I am running Windows 7.

"Windows 7 with Service Pack 1" - you need service pack 1.

I got it all fixed but the fix I did doesn't make sense.
