[minor] [0.12.1] Boiler displays wrong energy consumption

Boiler displays consumption 390 kW, but his actual consumption is double of that. The displayed consumption should be fixed to ~780 kW.

Boiler has 50% efficiency(which is shown).

390 / 50% = 780.

Of course, but energy consumption is the higher of the two numbers! It consumes 780 kW, not 390 kW, as it burns 8 kJ coal in about 10 seconds. 390 kW is the power output delivered to steam engine but not consumption.

Hm. He's right, this display is not logical.

Either it is "energy output", but then the output needs to change. or it is "Max energy output". Or it is changed to 780 watt consumption. But then there should be also something, that displays the real production.
Maybe more possibilites...
