Pump v.s. underground belt collision oddity.

Try placing an underground belt next to a pump in all orientations to see it

I am not really sure which part of the oddity, if any, is a bug.

Interesting!
Seems like the hitbox of the pump is a bit stretched out.

Actually, this is not a bug, we didn't want the pump to be placable one next to each other, so the bounding box is extending from the tile.

OK, hitbox of the pump should definitely not be 1x1.

But what about the odd consequences for the nearby underground belts?
