[0.15.39] UserVerificationMissing

Hello,
I have a player named Windbomb and he keeps getting "Couldn't establish network communication with server." this is only on S1 and on S2, S3 etc. he can join just fine.
He tried restarting Factorio, PC, logout and login in Factorio and he has not been able to join for multiple resets now.
he gets this error in his log:

I get this error on the server:

Hope you guys know whats causing the problem...

It almost looks like something is blocking the packets comming from the server. It is possible that it is not related to authentication, can he join without user authentication?

It still doesnt work, just gives the same error. Here are the logs from the attempt:

In that case, something is blocking incoming Factorio packets for him. It could be router, firewall, antivirus, provider ...

And now it has started working again after the new patch came. I guess it had something to do with the version, because i checked my connections and firewall and they are fully open for factorio.

Had a similar issue, but it was just the VPN on my client machine stopping the connection

Nothing multiplayer code wise has changed since before version 2.0. So if it worked in one version of 2.0 and not in another, it was not any change we made.
