Sometimes when robots places powerpoles(more than one) there sometimes poles are placed but without being connected with an cooper cable. This seems like an bug and it makes it impossible to build bases via robots. I have a screenshot attached where you can see the issue: Green and red cable are connected but cooper isnt. I rather recommend to handle cooper cables like the signal cables, so their connections will be stored in blueprints, because than you can copy power switches too and not have problems with the right connections.

The connection maximum is five. If a pole does not allow for five connections post a save that shows that.
