Mining two ores from same patch cannot sustain ratio

Hello,

Then playing with infinite ore (never checked with finite) and high yield ore patch giving two ores (bob's coal or galena) gives results inconsistent with probability. Coal with diamond should be mined with ratio 100:1 (and miner gives speed as 23:0.2) but chest connected gets coal to diamons as 1800/120, if you make patch with even more yield - the return ratio starts to go to 1:1. Galena gives nickel with ratio 60/40 but 47.7/28.6 mining speed and the chest gets them as 1008/1000.

So the probability works only in very low yields and then starts to go into even odds (even if starting from 100:1).

Can you attach a save game showing the problem?

The infinite ores might have probability, but they can also give many products per cycle, depending on the infinite yield logic,

Here it is - coal to diamomd gives 2:1. Also added mod list and settings.

As far as I can tell, since 7 years ago, it has worked this way,
In that the infinite yield affects the probability in a positive way

Therefore this is working as intended

I see. But shouldn't probability be like.... more constnt? Wouldn't it make any recipe with probability work wrong with high productivity also? Or it is only ore yield related?

Also i do think that it shouldn't be this way - this makes any use of probabilities in mining with high yield overly generous (i see the irony of high yiold infinite ore being too generous....). I have no use of so many diamomds for example, and had to disable them.
