Save as scenario and in the scenario folder. For example: Factorio\scenarios\
Or just in save files.

I mean files with code of tools from the map editor

The map editor tools (entity editor, cliff editor, resource editor, etc) are not coded in Lua which means that there are no source code files publicly available for them.
