Per-Item localization for Quality tiers

Seeking wisdom, I spoke to an Epic Fish swimming in the remains of a Legendary Used-Up Uranium Fuel Cell (whose exploits are still revered to this day) and recieved Rare Advice.

What if, instead of a one-size-fits-all approach to localizing the quality tiers, item prototypes could have individualized localizations for their five quality tiers?

The Enormous Fish (vs. Large, Above Average, Average, Small) in the Like-New (vs. Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Worn) Used-Up Uranium Fuel Cell wrote this on a Pure (vs. High Quality, Refined, Passable, and Raw) Copper Plate, for use in Precision-Tuned (vs. Well-tuned, Tuned, Functional, and Cobbled Together) Assembling Machine 1.

(No, not all "common" tier items need have "sorta negative" connotations; I was just having a bit of literary fun :) )

Is this statement in any way based on source access information or are you just guessing? There is no indication that it isn't already implemented the way you want, e.g. each tier may be its own separate item with a prototype property pointing to the next tier.

Some languages require sequencing of forms of nouns and/or adjectives. This suggestion will definitely help solve the described problem.
