This seems to have happened somewhere in between 1.1.76 and 1.1.80. This hasn't happened to me, I'm just reporting it here because no one else has yet.

Shortcuts that are unlocked by specific techs seem to have re-locked themselves despite the tech having already been researched.

Running `/unlock-shortcut-bar` seems to fix it.

Thanks for the report however without a way to reproduce anything there's nothing we can do.

The only two ways I know of unlocked shortcuts becoming locked is if the player-data.json file becomes corrupt and gets reset/deleted. However I don't know of any way to trigger this. The other way is if a mod simply changes the shortcut name and doesn't add any migration but that's up to the mod author to handle.
