[2.0.7][macOS 10.14.6] Hang/freeze when saving

1. Synced mods; attempted to save a freshly-migrated save from 1.1 to 2.0.
2. On clicking save, spinning beach ball appeared; stayed. App marked as unresponsive in Force Quit menu and Activity Monitor.
3. Save completes successfully.
4. Was unable to reproduce.
I forgor to save a backup of the log like a good QA. I can however mentioned that while the game was frozen, hitting F3 (mission control, I think?), there were two Factorios; one marked 2.0.7 Space Age (black screen, switching to it made me switch back to desktop immediately) and one just marked 2.0.7 (the hung save screen).
STEPS TAKEN:
- Start app (in my case, via Steam). Space Age had been automatically enabled as I had purchased it prior to booting up the game.
- Single player --> Load game, select a 1.1 save.
- Select Sync mods and load, confirm.
- Screen goes black, Factorio reloads - visibly, Space Age isn't enabled as the loading image is the vanilla one.
- Migration proceeds, completes; list of migration changes shows.
- Hit Confirm and immediately Esc to pause, save to overwrite just-loaded save.
- Hit Confirm. Beach ball appears in short order and stays present until force-quit.
As mentioned above, was a bad QA and tried troubleshooting before saving a copy of the .log at the time of the crash.
