I have these same issues and forcing opengl doesn't seem to fix it. I have played it on this computer before, just not with windows 10 and not for a few months.

My computer is an HP laptop with an AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD graphics. Dual core ~1.3 GHz.
RAM: 4096 MB
Total available graphics memory: 2048 MB
Dedicated video memory: 348 MB

I had windows 8 installed originally; I now have windows 10. The last time I ran Factorio successfully was on version 0.10.12. Currently, my version is 0.11.22

The force-opengl option was added in 0.12.7, so that won't help you on 0.11.22.

Try upgrading to the current experimental version, that might fix the issue.

I am just curious, if 0.10.12 would still run on Win 10 on your system without problem or if it would suffer from this issue too.

I actually had this happen also, the game worked fine then suddenly, one time I opened it and everything was glitched.

I needed to put allegro5.cfg in Factorio\bin\x64
