[1.1.26] Crash on application start from Steam

What did you do?
Clicked "Play" from the Steam library menu.

What happened?
Crash to error message:
Unexpected error occurred. If you're running the latest version of the game you can help us solve the problem by posting the contents of the log file on the Factorio forums.
Please also include the save file(s), any mods you may be using, and any steps you know of to reproduce the crash.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Expected game to launch and begin startup procedures.

I don't think that I had any mods enabled. I had most recently (days before) been hosting a multiplayer game off of a local save; vanilla factorio.

Verify File integrity - No Change
Reinstall - No Change

Backed up and deleted the AppData/Roaming/Factorio folder, then reinstalled. Game launches successfully. Problem appears to be solved.

Crash trace in the log doesn't show origin of the crash, only crash-handling code. Can you please ZIP and post here also factorio-dump-current.dmp?
