Is it possible to create this Tank her?! I think this tank would fit perfectly into the world of Facotrio

No Chance... Nobody have create or modeling this Tank. I have this pictures from Mod Tiberian Dawn for CnC 3 Tiberium Wars.
I hope you guys can help.

the idea is that you find an artist and pay them to commission the piece

Okay understand. But i think, for a person who can work with blender its a very easy part. And i think, many people like the idea to bring some content of CnC Tiberian Dawn to Factorio.

the author of this is still active in the modding community and takes commissions for artwork. you could ask him. he has apparently already done it but considered it too large.
