help with map editor controls

hello, First let me start by saying i hate the developers for creating one of the most addictive and fun games ever! (allmost lost my job over this, with many sleepless nights playing)

now to my problem.
I have started creating a new scenario and i would like to know how to add items into a chest in the scenario editor. If anyone could tell me how, It would be greatly appreciated.

Right click the chest. Make sure you placed the chest from the entities list and not the items list. If you placed it from the items list its the same as the player would drop a chest from his inventory with the Z key, and you couldn't put anything in a chest like that. So make sure you got entities selected when you place the chest and the right click it.

It does not work for me, i can place the correct chest but i just cannot open it in the editor to place items inside.

I posted this in another reply, but it seems applicable here as well:

Do you still have something selected for placement?

Like if I place a chest, then try to right-click it doesn't work, but if I "drop" the chest (with "Q") I can right-click and it opens a contents window.

Like it's say :

1) go to entities, put the chest you wana with right click
2) Release cursor (Q by default)
3) Right click on the chest you just placed
4) Push E to close the chest inventory

You Must Stay in entities window !
