[0.13.0] Research confirm box off screen

Cannot research Combat Robotics or Circuit Network due to research button being off the screen, presumably because of the description text. I do not yet know if other techs are affected.

can confirm. windows 10, 0.13, screen resolution 1280x1024 (shit, i know).
i guess its because the line does not break and assumes that the screen real-estate will be big enough.
