[1.1.10] Loading Krastorio 2 save file causes crash

Today, I tried to continue a Krastorio 2 save from 1.1.8. I have previously been able to play without issue. Today, Factorio loaded normally and gave update info. Clicked continue, from main menu, tried to continue existing K2 game and received generic error message (see attached). I noticed the K2 mod was running an older version. I updated to the most recent version of K2, same result.
Steps tried and results:
- Uninstalled all mods and verified intregity via Steam. Game loads normally and can start a new game as normal.
- Reinstalled lastest K2, game load normally and can start a new modded K2 game, save, exit, reload, and continue as normal.
Other info: no other mods active initially. All other mods deleted before integrity check.
