[1.1.27] - Chat / message box jumps to make way for right click mining progress bar

What happens:
When a message is visible from the chat, holding right click to mine something will make the chat message move up on screen the same height as the indicator progress bar for mining, then it will drop back down. See the attached gif for a demo.
What I expect to happen:
The chat message should stay where it is and the mining progress bar should appear and disappear without interacting with the chat box.
Reproducing:
- Stand next to something mineable with right click
- open chat box
- type in something and send it
- begin mining. Observe chat message moving when the mining progress indicator is on screen.
