Just bought the game. no e-mail

so yea like my headline say's I just bought the game . had some kind of " communication with Braintree gateway failed, error:" when I was buying the game. I called my bank because there a little weird about out of country perchious's. bank tells me the money has been taken out of my account. so its all payed for just didn't resave the e-mail with the game in it.
thank you for reading this . I'm sure this is an easy fix.

my bank has it in a "Authorization Hold - FACTORIO" sep 12. this shouldn't be the resin because when I go to the store it also has authorization hold on my groceries but I still bring them home with me.

Ah I see, I am using a visa debit card. I'll give brain tree another go once my money comes back. I have allot of problems with PayPal so I won't use them. If I recall correctly I believe there is a third option , epay or sometime like that. Thank you for the help.

I retryed threw brain tree on my main pc and blam, payment went threw. I opted to upgrade my account other than get the game threw e mail. All in all I have the game so topic closed
