The game is lagging

The game is lagging
We are some friends - usually 2 at a time who play this lovely game - factorio.
We have hosted the game at the moment, on gtxgaming
Savgame takes up 160 MB. But we often find that the game is incredibly slow - almost choppy.
We currently have 60,000 construction robots running.
Is there anything you need to set to do to get a better = faster gaming experience?

Spec on the server:
Memory 1GB
Hard Disk: SSD Enterprise Drive
CPU Clock Speed 4.8Ghz +
Cells - Cells 2
Spec on my own PC
Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
16GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce RTX 2060
