Unable to login, error 520 This error usually occurs when a fatal SSL/TLS

Hi
I am not able to login. I've purchased a license from Steam and tried downloading the game from the official website to no avail
The game says:
Failed to reach auth server. Code: 520. Error: schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: SEC_E_ILLEGAL_MESSAGE (0x80090326) - This error usually occurs when a fatal SSL/TLS alert is received (e.g. handshake failed). More detail may be available in the Windows System event log..
I am running the game on windows 7 64bit
* DIsabled firewall
* Port forwarded TCP/UPD 34197

Nothing helps.
