Hi!

I just bought the game and I successfully obtained the key and connected on the Website. I had to retry several times to download the game, but I got it.

But I have a problem when I launch the program: when I give my username and my password, I get the following:

Authentication error on the auth server (Username and password don't match). Most probably username et password don't match.

I changed my password to remove the special characters and retried but it didn't fix it.

Do you have an idea?

Just to be sure to understand correctly :
Your login/password allows you to connect here : https://www.factorio.com/login
but doesn't work when you type it : Right ?
If it's the case, your best bet would be to contact the support team

This time, I changed the password through the "forgot password" system and I managed to connect in the game. It may be a coincidence though. Thanks for helping!
