They release it on a monday because developers are humans too. Rolling out a major update and new features on a weekend is a big no in the Industry (if you care about your developers).

Whatever's going on, we're not seeing version 1.1.111 .
SteamDB reports that there are no last minute changes YET. And that estimated installed DLC size is slightly below 5GB.
And our rocket to expansion almost reached its destination... 2 3 hours till landing.
