Atomic Bomb Changes with 1.0

I don't have the time or resources to figure out what all has changed (putting that there so Bilka doesn't say "change it yourself"), but per 88523 atomic bomb range and possibly other characteristics changed with 1.0 that don't appear to be reflected in the wiki (or Infobox:Atomic bomb).
