Would like to see the Tier 4 belt moved behind a config option so it can easily be changed without going into the logistics "code" and commenting out lines... I'm trying a new game where I'm really only using the robots & roboport changes from Logistics, and I don't want any improved belts to tempt me

[edit] Would also like to see the improved beacon the same way... I feel it's too strong when combined with the super high tier modules
