Since ssilk posted this i have a Question.

Am I allowed to use your Mod in my ModPack ?

Its just a Simple Question and you can Simply answer it with a "Yes" or "No" , if you say no , i would like to know the Reason , if you understand me

You should probably have asked this question in a PM.
If you are working with Berni1212 on this mod pack, then he already asked me about it.

Anyway, as long as a few rules are followed, you can redistribute my mod, the first step is obviously permission.

* My mod is being delivered unaltered, either within the original zip file, or extracted but in an untouched folder within your package.
* you should also include a link to my forum post so people know where to get the original from in case of updates etc, and to let people know who made it.
* Any changes you make to my mod should not be made to my mod itself, but in an overide mod using my mod as a dependancy.

If you follow these few rules, AND ask permission, then yes, you may redistribute my mod within your modpack.

The only exception to the rule of altering my mod is for the purpose of bug fixes, on the condition that Factorio updates break my mod and I'm not around to fix it myself. Such a case hasn't happened yet because I've been around when these bugfixes were needed so far.
