Modpack Bob's mods?

I'm not sure how feasible it would be to put all of mods into one modpack, but it would be handy for downloading the modpack onto a server computer. And if you could work something out with the the creator of Angel's mods that would be even better. I don't even mind having to wait longer to update to a later experimental version.

One of the core advantages of Bob's mods is that you can load the ones you like and deactivate the ones you don't.

But are you aware that other people already composed modpacks that contain most of Angel's mods and most of Bob's mods?
See here:

https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AngelBob_ ... /downloads

If you don't like their mod selection, you could easily make a mod that just depends on the mods you want, and which does nothing on its own.

Mod-packs in the current version of the game are basically just an empty mod that have a dependency of all the other mods. The game itself will download all the dependencies of a mod if you tell it to.

Plus if you visit the download page on this subforum, there's a link to dropbox.
This is important because dropbox lets you press one button to download the entire folder as a zip file. I just make sure all the latest ones and ONLY the latest ones are in the folder named latest for a specific version of the game, then all you have to do is download the latest folder as a zip file, and you have all the mods.
Be sure to unzip Latest.zip, the game expects each mod to be in its own folder or zip file, not all in one.
