Failed to establish connection with peer

i tried to join a server 2days ago it give the error: following peers are not responding:unknown usernam
then it says falied to establish connection with peer 97.89.168.57:34197
the server is: play.factorio.nu:34197
2days ago i let factorio go trough the firewall and it worked
but the next day it didnt worked anymore just gave the same error i tryied the firewall again but it isnt working
im using windows8
i saw someone else having this problem searching from google but i didnt saw a clear solution becouse im just entering not creating one

I've disabled the peer-to-peer option - essentially what you saw was someone else (not you or the server) did not properly port forward/firewall correctly causing any attempts to join while he/she was online to fail.

you should be able to connect again now
