Hello, hardcore players!

Over a week ago I started a small project with a group of people I've never met before. We have decided that what we need is a hardcore experience in Factorio. We started modding and tweaking the game, we created a server, then got a 24/7 dedicated server. Now we have restarted a map recently with super hard settings.
This is how Trans-Siberian Railway was born!

Ores are scarce and not very rich, aliens are brutal and will expand into our lands, we still do not have railway due to material and technology cost (Eng game technology is FTL drive that cost 1,5 mil(!) science packs of various kinds.







We have our discord channel, custom mod pack, nerfed inventory size, players are unlikely to survive without at least basic cooperation.

I just found your "Hardcore modded Real World map" and want to join but I do not want to download the whole modlist one by one and I do not see a link to the mentioned discord channel. Could you send me a link or update your post please.

Update: World is now set to Real World: Spawn is set in Netherlands/Belgium. Map size is quite high but I managed to reduce it from 60mb to 47mb by removing decorations, fish and some spawners.

I am working onto getting a new machine which should happen by January.
