[1.1.0] Ghost poles placed in 1.0 are built without electric wires

Hi there!

Scenario:
- launch 1.0
- place a blueprint containing two (connected) electric poles
- do NOT let robots build it
- save
- launch 1.1
- load
- let robots build the blueprint

Observed behavior:
- electric poles are left unconnected

Expected behavior:
- electric poles should be connected

Workaround:
- stamp the blue print again, this does fix the electric wires

(Yes it did actually happen to me: I had planned an outpost for a long time and finally got to build it)

Thanks!

Just wanted to share that I had the same issue with my games yesterday.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to label this as minor issue, as it is a one time corner case problem that doesn't cause any serious problems and can be solved easily.

I think this may be the cause of 92067 - once my "missing" connections are made in the current game version, then I can destroy and recreate without any issues.

This is NOT a "minor" issue, nor is it always easily corrected.

For those of us that use a sandbox to work with ghost designs and then create blueprints from those ghost designs, it corrupts the blueprints. If we then share these blueprints, it causes problems for the users of them.

Details (and a fix) here:
