[1.1.19] Right click on uranium ore plays sound while moving

The bug was played only on a uranium mine, if you hold down the right mouse button and run, the sound of digging is played.

Thanks for the report. I don't consider this worth changing as it's not breaking anything by working like this and would just add a lot of extra complexity to sounds while mining.
