TL;DR
Give Lamps the same Enable/Disable as belts so colors can be used without needing a circuit condition.

What ?

If you connect a wire to a belt you will be given the option to ENABLE/DISABLE the need for a condition for the belt to operate like normal while reading its content.

If you connect a wire to a lamp however the option to ENABLE/DISABLE the lamp is always ENABLED and cannot be changed, meaning you cannot have a lamp use a color AND function like a regular lamp (as in tuning on when it gets dark and off when its bright).

Why ?
I Believe this will make lamps a lot easier to use and customise.

I was setting up green, red and blue chips when i realised i could not give each section lighting of the same color.

I realise i could do what i want with circuits but thats far more complicated than it would be to simply have the ability to set a lamp's color.
