Currently, the only tip shown is "Q: Clear Cursor". However I'm aware of at least one other keybind in this mode, which is holding shift to edit the clipboard after the selection is made. The tool tip should reflect this.

Would you mind telling us which game version you are using, and what are the other keybinds you are aware of?

I may have phrased that confusingly, the only alternate key combination I'm aware of while copying is holding shift to open the editor after selecting. I recently found the setting to show keybind hints and it's been very helpful in revealing some lesser intuitive keybinds.

So you want the hotkey suggestions window to also show something like "Shift+Click: Create Blueprint" in this situation.
While this is not a bad idea, it's not a bug. I'll keep the suggestion in mind.

Yes, I believe it should show that text. I wasn't sure if this should be submitted as a bug, but decided to by reasoning that the box is intended to display all keypress-related shortcuts in the current state, and it is not.

It's not intended to show all key-presses as the list would be huge. It tries to show the most important ones for the current context.
